Healthy Breakfast “Box”

The is the perfect portion of all different food groups to start off my day right! My “box” contained four mini organic whole wheat waffles, raspberry preserves, almond butter, sharp cheddar cheese, almonds, a hard boiled egg, and a green tea packet.

  1. So happy to see you are back to your food blog. This picture motivated me to get back on track after our 5 day vacation which included great meals, sweet desserts and a few glasses of wine(certainly not enough water or vegetables). I am now going to make my own healthy breakfast box and a lunch box before heading to school. I can’t wait to see what you will post next.
